Value Partnership Programs
Values First provides value-added services to its customers through various partnership programs such as
- Project Partnership : This is where the customer specifies the requirements for a project, and we will work hand-in-hand on the design as well as the development phases. Projects of this nature are usually considered "operationally complex", such as a next-generation MES, or an Auto-Mark project for the entire factory.
- Package Outsourcing : Where the requirements for a particular software component or solution are well defined and self-contained, such as a SEMI standard, a published framework, a messaging driver or an XML gateway, we can undertake to deliver a complete package to our customer based on the specifications.
- Development Support : Where our customers are heavily involved in building their own in-house solutions, we can provide effective support in the form of subcontracting programmers, providing software Quality Assurance services, creating technical and user documentation, outsourcing distribution CD creation and setting up Change Control systems.
- Operational or Startup Support : We provide support for system deployment or rollout to the factory, equipment characterization, upgrades, audits, troubleshooting, and M.O.B. support including on-call support.
