RecipePlant

RecipePlant is a complete enterprise-wide recipe management solution for semiconductor and electronics manufacturing that enables total production control through the management of recipes in equipment during production and engineering runs. Already proven in both wafer fab and assembly environments. RecipePlant presents one of the most powerful and flexible recipe management systems in the market today. One of its key characteristics is its configurability to match the particular equipment capabilities and operational needs of each plant.

While the product provides all the necessary equipment integration capabilities, it is also able to interface with existing equipment servers, “E.I. Boxes” or Station Controllers in the plant to communicate with the equipment.

RecipePLANT comes with options to add Statistical Process Control, Engineering Data Collection and Equipment Performance Tracking capabilities to suit customer requirements.

RecipePLANT is made up four main components: the RecipePLANT® Server, Controller, Manager and Database (called Recipe Namespace). Each component plays a specific role in the recipe management process and may be customized separately to meet customer requirements as necessary.
