Overview This live-training will provide an invaluable information on the technical and know-how of the related-SEMI standards (SECS-I, SECS-II, HSMS and GEM) used in equipment integration in the semiconductor industry.
In addition, you will also learn how-to perform equipment characterization and then develop host software using the provided SECS tool/package.
