activeGBox is a complete, efficient SECS/GEM (Generic Equipment Model) development package, supporting GEM-level function calls for rapid deployment as well as tunnel--through SECS-II (E5) messages for specific messaging requirements. It supports both SECS-I (E4) and HSMS (E37) transport protocols. With its runtime components built on ActiveX DLL technology, activeGBox functions may be called from multiple programming language platforms with ease. Also bundled in is GBoxTool, an intuitive configuration utility to facilitate the building of the various dictionaries and reports for the targeted machine.
