Generic Convertor System addresses the need to provide conversion programs to accommodate the many differing wafermap file formats commonly received from sort sites. Our solution consists of a single software making use of AI (artificial intelligence) to convert practically all the previously known wafermap formats into a SEMI standard format (G85).
